A Memorable Hike to Deep Cove with St. Lawrence School

Recently, students from St. Lawrence School took part in a hiking trip to Deep Cove in North Vancouver as part of their physical education class. The weather was mild and pleasant, with soft clouds drifting across the sky—perfect conditions for enjoying the great outdoors.
Surrounded by lush greenery and scenic views, the students experienced a truly Canadian outdoor activity. More than just exercise, the hike served as a chance to connect with nature, reflect, and share meaningful time with classmates. Along the way, they encouraged one another, and when they reached the lookout point, the breathtaking view brought smiles and awe.
At St. Lawrence School, we value learning beyond the classroom. Experiences like this help students grow both physically and emotionally, while creating lasting memories with their peers. This hike to Deep Cove was a wonderful reminder of the importance of nature, community, and shared adventures.
