St. Lawrence School Students Support the 2025 Vancouver Sun Run

Students from St. Lawrence School were proud to be part of the 2025 Vancouver Sun Run, contributing both behind the scenes and on the course.

On April 27th, a group of students volunteered at the Sun Run Exhibition, where they helped welcome participants and assisted with booth activities. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were greatly appreciated by event organizers and attendees alike.  Several students also took it one step further by participating in the 10K marathon, joining thousands of runners in one of Canada’s largest community races.  This year, more than 50,000 participated in the event, making it North America’s 3rd largest race.

The Sun Run is a great way for staff and students to get involved with the community and be healthy together.   We commend all our students for their dedication, teamwork, and school spirit — both as volunteers and as participants. You represented St. Lawrence School with pride and energy from start to finish!
